William W. Davis is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Crosstex Energy companies, Crosstex Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: XTXI) and Crosstex Energy, L.P. (NASDAQ: XTEX). Prior to this role, for 10 years Mr. Davis was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Crosstex. He has more than 30 years of financial and accounting experience and is a well-known business leader in the energy industry.

Mr. Davis is a key member of the Crosstex executive management team and plays a vital role in the development and execution of Crosstex's business strategy. He has facilitated operational improvements and growth of existing assets, increasing Crosstex's returns. Mr. Davis also has been instrumental in Crosstex's evolution into a leading solutions provider in the energy industry's midstream business sector. Mr. Davis joined Crosstex in September 2001. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Sunshine Mining and Refining Company.

Mr. Davis graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
