Executve V.P. & General Counsel
Joe A. Davis is Executive Vice President and
General Counsel for Crosstex Energy. He joined
Crosstex in October 2005 after working at Hunton
& Williams, an international law firm, where
he was partner and served on the firm's Executive
Committee.
Mr. Davis began his legal career with Worsham
Forsythe, which merged with Hunton & Williams
in 2002. Mr. Davis holds a B.S. degree in finance
from the University of Texas at Dallas and a J.D.
from Baylor Law School.
