Michael S. Burdett
Senior Vice President, Commercial

Michael S. Burdett is Senior Vice President -- Commercial for Crosstex Energy. He joined Crosstex in 2004 and has over 25 years of domestic and international experience in the oil and gas industry in the area of marketing and commercial transactions. Mr. Burdett has led several commercial functions at Crosstex, including responsibility for all of Crosstex's commercial activities in North Texas. He also served as the Asset Team lead for various company pipeline systems.

Prior to joining Crosstex, Mr. Burdett worked with Oryx Energy Company and Kerr-McGee Corporation, where he served as Manager Gas Supply & Control, Manager Gas Sales, Manager of International Marketing & Negotiations, and Director of Marketing.

Mr. Burdett holds a B.B.A. degree in Marketing and Finance from Southern Methodist University.
