Michael J. Garberding
Senior Vice President of Finance

Michael J. Garberding is the Senior Vice President of Finance for Crosstex Energy GP, LLC. He joined Crosstex in February 2008, bringing 20 years of finance and accounting experience.

Prior to Crosstex, Mr. Garberding was assistant treasurer at TXU Corporation. In addition, he worked at Enron North America as a Finance Manager and Arthur Andersen LLP as an Audit Manager.

Mr. Garberding earned his B.B.A. in accounting from Texas A&M University and his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
