Senior Vice President, Commercial
Scott D. Williams is Senior Vice President, Commercial
for Crosstex Energy. He has more than 30 years
of energy-industry experience, and has worked
in all phases of commercial activity spanning
the entire length of the hydrocarbon value chain.
Mr. Williams joined Crosstex in May 2002, and
has led several commercial functions at Crosstex
including natural gas control, balancing, hedging,
supply and marketing, as well as serving as the
Asset Team lead for various company pipeline systems.
Prior to joining Crosstex, Mr. Williams served
as Vice President, Commercial for Highland Energy
Company, Vice President of Worldwide Natural Gas,
Crude Oil and NGL Marketing for Maxus Energy Company,
and held key commercial positions at Sabine Corporation
and Texas Pacific Oil Company.
Mr. Williams earned a B.B.A in finance from New
Mexico State University.
