Steve Spaulding
Senior Vice President, Processing and NGLs

Steve Spaulding is the Senior Vice President of Processing and Natural Gas Liquids for Crosstex Energy. He joined Crosstex in April of 2010 bringing 20 years of experience with Chevron in commercial, business development, engineering and operations in the midstream business.

Prior to joining Crosstex, Mr. Spaulding was the Manager of Chevron's Equity NGL Supply and Trading business. He was responsible for Chevron's North America NGL production and gas processing commercial, business development activities. He also served as the Midstream Commercial and Business Development Manager, as well as NGL Business Development Manager for Texaco. He began his career as a gas plant engineer and later served as area operations manager for various gas processing and NGL assets.

Mr. Spaulding earned a Bachelor of Science Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
