Crosstex Mississippi System:

• Gathers wellhead production
• Markets gas to industrial and power plant users
• 625 miles of 4" through 20" pipeline in 15 counties
• Throughput capacity of 175 MMcfd

Conroe Gas Plant and Gathering System:

• Cryogenic gas processing plant
• 20 miles of gathering pipelines
• Capacity of 65 MMcfd

Crosstex Alabama Gathering System:

• 125 miles of 4" to 12" gathering systems
• Coalbed methane gas and other formations from the Black Warrior Basin
• System capacity of 70 MMcfd

Denton County System:

• Constructed as joint venture between Crosstex and RLAC Gathering Group, LP
• 14 miles of gathering lines
• Capacity of 35,000 Mcf/d

Harrison System:

• Along with Joaquin, Olin, Opelika and Woods systems comprises the original Crosstex Pipeline system
• 48 miles of 8", 6", 4" and 3" pipe
• Downstream connections to both Texas Eastern and NGOL
• 15 MMcfd throughput capacity

Hallmark Lateral System:

• 70 mile 20" pipeline
• Connects the CCNG system with the Gulf Coast System
• Provides access into Florida Gas markets at the MOPS Delivery Point
