Crosstex is a leading independent midstream energy services company. Our company experience combined with our acquired operations take us back more than 20 years. Today, many of the people who have built Crosstex and the companies acquired by Crosstex are helping manage our aggressive growth. As a result, Crosstex has emerged as one of a few independent midstream companies. We think that's because our focus was established early on: we offer supply and marketing services to producers and consumers, and we develop the pipeline, treating, and processing assets needed to provide those services.

To do that requires resources, and Crosstex has what it takes. We own pipeline and plant facilities in several key regions, which directly link wellhead supplies to our customers. Our continued growth through acquisitions has allowed us to serve even more customers, and our financial strength has enabled us to actively pursue the construction, acquisition, and operation of new facilities to further enhance our customers' sales and supply functions.
