The Crosstex Energy logo is our corporate identity and is one of the company's most valuable assets. In this regard, when using the Crosstex logo, please adhere to the guidelines detailed below.

Usage Guidelines

1. The blue "Diamond C" and the "CROSSTEX" text beneath it (or beside it) form the complete Crosstex logo.  Please do not separate them.
2. Do not alter the color of the Crosstex logo elements, nor change the typeface font used in the text.
3. The "CROSSTEX" text should always appear in all upper case letters.
4. The "C" in the center of the "Diamond C" should appear white in applications where the background may be of a color other than white, such as with embroidery on colored shirts, etc.
5. In applications, such as embroidery, where the text beneath the rule line ("ENERGY SERVICES", "Delivering Success") may be too small to maintain readability, please do not use the logos with these elements.  Replace with the Standard Logo.
