CROSSTEX is a rapidly growing independent midstream energy services company engaged in gathering, transmission, treating, processing and marketing of natural gas. We connect wells of natural gas producers in our market areas to our gathering systems, treat natural gas to remove impurities to ensure that it meets pipeline quality specifications, process natural gas for removal of natural gas liquids, transport natural gas and ultimately provide an aggregated supply of natural gas to utilities and industrial consumers.
 Natural Gas Gathering and Transmission Services Include:
- Construct, own and operate gathering systems from the wellhead to central point of mainline
- Mainline transmission to burner-tip consumers
- Purchase of producer-owned midstream facilities
- Construction and operation of industrial supply systems
Natural Gas Treating Services (extracting CO2 and/or H2S):
- Install, own and operate amine treating and gas conditioning facilities and H2S scavenger units
- Lease treating facilities to producers
 Contract operate treating facilities - Equipment brokerage (buy unutilized treating equipment)
- Purchase producer-owned facilities and offer lease-back arrangements
- Provide regulatory compliance support
- CO2 separation
- Sulfur recovery
Natural Gas Processing Services:
- Natural gas liquids extraction and gas conditioning
- Fractionation of processed gas to further extract the highest Btu’s
- Evaluation and arrangement of processing, treating and conditioning alternatives for new and existing production
- Design, procurement, and installation of gas processing, treating, and gas conditioning facilities
Commercial Services:
- Gas, crude oil & NGL marketing
- Transportation and administrative services
